Bell steps down from United Utilities' board

United Utilities Group non-executive director, Catherine Bell, will step down from the board with effect from the end of the company’s annual general meeting to be held on 22 July 2016. Stephen Carter will replace Bell as chair of the Corporate Responsibility Committee.
