Wessex wins customer service accreditation


Wessex Water has won Customer Service Excellence (CSE) accreditation from independent inspectorate SGS.

The SGS report said the company’s commitment to customers was “evident at all levels of the organisation and is the embedded culture in all teams.”

CSE accreditation is one of Wessex Water’s performance commitments in its business plan. It first picked up the accreditation in 2008.
